Notes on uploading an image
1. Any date must be in the format yyyy-mm-dd
2. Before you upload an image file (.jpg, .jpeg, .png) please put the exact name of it into one of the imageid fields (in sequence please)
3. If any image has been added you must put “n” into the ‘nostone’ field.
4. Then click submit.

Add a story
How to enter a story link. As an example, use 1032 to see how a storylink is created, AND read below:
a. First, you must have a story.
b. Then copy the permalink at the top of the story page (all the text in blue) – this is number 1 in the example below. Where the number 2 is in the example you can write a very short description of the link.
c. Then enter the reference number of the database entry and get the full info for that person on this page. Here is an example of how a storylink is created:

d. You should put the permalink address into the space between the inverted commas (1).
Then click update.
